Discover
Every engagement begins with the actual problem. A short discovery phase to understand your business mechanics, the data you have (and the data you do not), the systems your team operates, and where work is breaking down.
Discovery is hands-on. Stakeholder interviews, a direct review of your technology stack, and a working understanding of operational reality.
The output is a concrete build plan — what we would ship, in what order, and the expected impact. Where a defensible ROI case is not present, we will say so.

Build
Engagements are senior-staffed and founder-led. Specialists across Salesforce, accounting, machine learning, and adjacent disciplines are brought in for the work as the engagement requires.
Builds are incremental and visible. Weekly check-ins, working software in your environment within the first two weeks, and a documented decision trail.
We default to your existing stack and introduce new tools only when warranted. We document as we go — and write the systems we recommend, not diagrams of them.
Deliver
Handover is more than a code drop. We pair with your team on the system, author the runbook, and remain available through stabilisation.
For operationally complex engagements — distributor data feeds, finance operations, AI agents in production — we often remain as the operator. That is an option, not the default.
Either path concludes with documented, owned systems — and a team equipped to run them.
What handover includes
- Software running in your environment. Deployed to your accounts, in your stack, owned by you. Critical systems are never hosted on our infrastructure.
- Documentation written to be used. Runbooks, architecture documentation, and a complete decision trail — written for the engineer responsible for the system six months later.
- Optional ongoing operation. For data pipelines, AI agents, and finance operations, we offer a scoped operate engagement with quarterly review.

- Senior delivery. Engagements are senior-staffed and founder-led. Specialists are brought in for the work, not the org chart.
- Right tool for the work. Technology is chosen by fit. Where a SQL view solves the problem, we build the SQL view. AI is applied where it materially earns its keep.
- Documented and handed over. Every engagement is built to be run without us. Continued operation, when we provide it, is by choice — not by necessity.
