Overview
Airtame, a hardware manufacturer of wireless presentation devices, was transitioning from one-time hardware sales to a recurring subscription model. The shift required a fundamental rebuild of the underlying business systems.
The existing stack — built for traditional product sales — could not support subscription lifecycle management, recurring billing, or the analytics needed to manage retention and customer health.
We rebuilt the underlying systems to support the new model: subscription lifecycle management, customer usage analytics, and automation of workflows that had previously been manual.
